Christine Pierce
Youth Minister
Christine received her degree in journalism from Texas Wesleyan
University in Fort Worth with a minor in Christian
Education and is now attending Brite Divinity School at TCU. Christine grew up in Katy, Texas and attended St. Paul's
Episcopal Church there, where she was active as an
acolyte, in Sunday School, the youth programs,
Vacation Bible School and mission work. Christine has
prior experience working with youth in various settings,
including church programs, Christian summer camps, and a
youth tutoring program. We are thrilled that Christine
is devoting her energy and enthusiasm to Holy
Trinity's youth and Christian Education programs.

Sunday (May 11) Mother's
DAY! We will not meet because you
should be celebrating the gift of
your mother! Oh, and Father Getz is
revealing something, and I am really
curious what it is, aren't you?
Saturday, May 17:
Trip to the Lake at Kate's Lake House. I need a head
count NOW! I have Court, Jeff, Maddie and Myranda.
We need a head count to make sure we have enough
drivers. We will leave the church that morning and
leave the lake house by 3 p.m. because the next day
we have....
Sunday, May 18:
PARISH PICNIC. the youth would like to challenge the
adults to a game of land volleyball, I believe, but
we need a TEAM to win, so come out. It's after the
10:30 service and we are requesting everyone wear
APPROPRIATE bathing suits, otherwise I have
non-flattering shirts for you to wear over them boys
and girls! Girls: nothing "revealing" (check the
definition with Christine). Boys: nothing that you
wear too low (think the closer to the belly button,
the better.) It's just good practice. We will also
be swimming and lounging, so bring towels!
Wednesday, May 21:
CPR class offered by Janice Ballou. If interested,
sign up now! Six people today, six people next week!
Begins at 6 p.m.
Sunday, May 25
is over Memorial Day Weekend. Many of you will be
out of town, and many more will probably be making
an adventure of your own. Document it (picture
messages, text messages, whatever) and keep me
posted! We won't have Scooters this day.
Wednesday, May 28:
CPR class offered by Janice Ballou. Sign up now! Six
people per night! Begins at 6 p.m.
